Playable Director	Playable Director to take time from.
Time Offset	Time offset which will be added to the Timeline time.
Assign To Water Component On Enable	Assign this time provider to the water system when this component becomes active.
Restore Previous Time Provider On Disable	Restore the time provider that was previously assigned to water system when this component disables.
