Split-Screen Multiplayer¶

This feature is in preview and may be subject to changes or needs refinement.
Split-Screen typically require having Multiple Viewpoints, otherwise when one player moves away from the other, they both will not receive the same visual quality of the water surface.
Networked Multiplayer¶
Networked multiplayer is possible with Network Synchronisation.
If the server needs the water shape to run physics, but does not have a GPU, then we have a CPU path: see CPU Queries. Different server conditions can be emulated in Editor using the Force Batch Mode and Force No GPU toggles on the Water Renderer.
Note that Dynamic Waves are not synchronised across the network and should not be relied upon in multiplayer projects.
